One of the most important artist tips I can offer is to strictly regulate emotions and attitudes. Without muscular self-control, years of delicate work can be shattered by an ill-considered, ill-tempered email or telephone conversation. Worse yet, weak determination dooms many an art career and relegates potentially popular works to gathering dust in a basement.
